The weekend is kicking off with the celebration of new hires and promotions at agencies worldwide this week.

Acxiom

Acxiom named Alex Pym as the new chief commercial officer for Acxiom EMEA. Pym will drive the next stage of customer and business success in the region.

AIGA welcomed two new leaders to its board of directors, while also opening up self-nominations for new board seats. Its most recent editions include Cesar Rivera as president-elect and Dawn Davidson as secretary.

Anomaly

Anomaly Los Angeles welcomed Jeremy Wirth as executive creative director. L.A. Corrall also joined as head of design.

Artjail

Artjail promoted Christoph Schröer to creative director and partner in New York. Schröer will tap into industry skills and experience to enhance project quality and empower the agency’s creative team to push the envelope.

Assembly

Assembly Europe promoted Kashif Dalvi to its new head of strategy. Dalvi will work to develop best-in-class strategies and insights for clients.

Bandit Editorial

Bandit Editorial signed Lucas Moesch to its roster for representation. The seasoned editor has over 10 years of experience working with top brands like Meta, Budweiser, McDonald’s, Estee Lauder, Downey and Spotify.

Buddy Media

Buddy Media made a new wave of strategic hires as it embarks on its next stage of growth. Tom McGovern joined as director of client services, Jack Davy as creative strategist, Carolyn Vasheghani as senior creative producer, Kirin Sall as senior social media manager and Katya Rawlings as account director. 

Callen

Callen hired Courtney LeBlanc as its first group brand director. LeBlanc will lead the agency’s client accounts and support its continued growth.

Cinereach

Cinereach named Jennifer Strachan as its new CEO. Strachan will be pursuing a new director, operating as a media incubator focused on narrative research and strategy development.

Elmwood London

Elmwood London named Iván Mato as its new executive creative director. Mato will lead the studio’s global client growth, specifically spearheading projects shaped by generative AI.

Finn Partners

Finn Partners welcomed Kathy Kiely as its new senior partner. Kiely will build new client relationships, focusing particularly on campaigns with a strong presence on the east coast.

Fiverr

Fiverr signed viral sensation Ariel Marie as its first ambassador. Marie will serve as the face of Fiverr’s AI influencer category and educate fellow content creators on the potential of AI in social media marketing.

Fortnight Collective

Fortnight Collective made four new hires to lead strategic and creative duties for brand clients. Sam Emrich joined as senior director of strategy and insights, Drake Paul as associate creative director and copywriter, Jeff Roy as associate creative director and art director and Rachel Arthur as producer.

Full Contact welcomed Erin Regan and Mark Battista as managing partners. As the first partners the agency has ever hired, they bring years of leadership experience at industry leading companies.

LSG

LSG welcomed two new leaders to its team as it positions itself for future growth and impact. Tara Rush joined as partner and chief communications and brand officer and Brendan Daley joined as chief of staff.

M&C Saatchi

Laura Coller was promoted to U.K. CEO at M&C Saatchi Sport and Entertainment. Coller will oversee a team of 100+ creative communications professionals in the UK and work to grow the agency’s sector specialist offer across sport, entertainment and culture.

Made in Network appointed Jeremy Azevedo as its new head of production. Azevedo will oversee production for all creator and brand content.

MCNY

MCNY appointed industry executive Chet Dalzell, svp of operations and participant engagement at Digital Advertising Alliance, to serve as its 2024 club president.

Minds + assembly

Minds + assembly welcomed Nick Colucci to its board of directors. Colucci is known for his talent managing growth, building lasting relationships and guiding agencies through cultural change.

Mint welcomed Shelley Zalis to its advisory board. Zalis will provide strategy guidance and expertise, leveraging her experience as founder and CEO of The Female Quotient.

Outerkind

Outerkind named Rex Roy as its new creative and strategy director. Roy brings experience work with clients cross the automotive sector, including GM, Jeep, Ford, Mitsubishi and Harley-Davidson.

Quality Meats

Quality Meats welcomed ten new senior hires as it experiences explosive growth. New hires include Autumn Childress as head of production, Dennis Kung and Steph Cajucom as group creative director, Joe Burns as group strategy director, Emma Delorm as group account director, Collen Vail as account director, Karina Azevedo as senior strategy, Hannah Berling as senior art director, Scott Behrens as senior copywriter and Gustavo Feria as account supervisor.

Rapp

Rapp named Troy Hitch as its new global chief creative officer. Hitch will lead the agency’s creative efforts globally and hold responsibility for cultivating a global creative community and driving innovation.

RAPP U.K. brought on two new svps to bolster its marketing sciences department. George Cushen was named svp of data science and James Heimers was promoted to svp of analytics.

Sphere Entertainment named Ned McNeilage as its new chief creative officer. McNeilage brings more than 30 years of experience, and will help to shape the creative and brand strategy for the agency.

The Many promoted Alli Adamonis to group brand director. Adamonis will lead brand strategy for Panda Express and all new business, ensuring alignment with the agency’s vision and growth objectives. 

The Shipyard

The Shipyard welcomed Tammy Haughey as its new managing partner. The agency also promoted Lauren Arnold and Amanda Moul both to vice president, account management.
